Kine Louise Funner

Co-Founder of Be Good Animal Rescue Albania
CEO & Owner of Amedica

Kine Louise Funner is the heart behind Be Good Albania. A certified healthcare professional with experience in both somatic and psychiatric care, she brings deep empathy and structure to everything she’s part of — especially when it comes to animals.

The foundation was born after Kine witnessed firsthand the neglect and suffering of street animals during a trip to Albania. She couldn’t turn her back. What started as personal rescue efforts soon grew into a larger mission: to build a transparent, compassionate, and lasting solution for Albania’s animals.

In Norway, Kine is the CEO and co-owner of Amedica, a medical aesthetics company where she combines leadership with a focus on quality, education, and ethical growth. Her ongoing studies in marketing and sales management further strengthen her ability to lead with both heart and strategy.

Kine believes that beauty starts from the inside — and that kindness, responsibility, and action are what truly make a person, and a society, beautiful. Through Second Chance Albania, she is working to change lives for animals, and for the people who want to love them.

Sebastian Temple

Co-Founder of Be Good Animal Rescue Albania
Logistics & Operations Coordinator at Amedica

Sebastian Temple is a founding force behind Be Good Albania and plays a crucial role in the foundation’s day-to-day operations. With a sharp eye for structure and a big heart for animals, he ensures that every rescue, from vet visits to transport and rehoming, runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Sebastian’s journey with the foundation began alongside Kine Louise Funner, during a holiday in Albania that quickly turned into a life-changing experience. Seeing the widespread neglect of street animals, he knew something had to be done and stepped in without hesitation. Since then, he’s been hands-on in every part of the rescue work: from coordinating logistics to building safe spaces for animals in foster care.

In his role at Amedica, Sebastian manages logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring that everything behind the scenes functions with precision. That same reliability and commitment now fuels his work with Second Chance Albania.

Sebastian believes that every animal deserves a second chance and he works tirelessly to make that belief a reality, one rescue at a time.
